ABOUT US
We now have 2 acres of vines that we care for year-round in preparation for our picking season. From September to October we invite the public to come and pick our grapes that are neatly planted in rows which are easy to access. We provide buckets and a scale ($1.75 per pound); pick as much as you would like and weigh the bucket when you're finished. We also sell our ciders, juices and jellies here at the vineyard year-round, as well as at some local festivals. We would love to see you come out to pick muscadines and scuppernongs - if you have any questions click on our "Visit Us" page and send us an email or give us a call. See you soon!
HOW IT ALL STARTED
When I was a small boy growing up in Iron Station, North Carolina, I would roam the woods, climb trees and look under bushes for Muscadine grapes. I loved the taste and would share them with my family and friends. Today, I have the neatly-kept vineyard I dreamed of as a child. The vineyard started out as a hobby. After a few years, local people began wanting to come and pick some Muscadines. People enjoy roaming the vineyard and gathering their own grapes to use for pies, jellies, wine or just to eat for a snack. As the word of our delicious grapes spread, more and more people began coming from surrounding areas and other states. Now I look forward to seeing our wonderful customers each and every year.
